The lyrics posted here were evidently copied and pasted from his site and are the ones you called into question. It sounds as though Andy may have changed a word or 2 in this performance but he does not say "by the side door pullman." It is "by the side door pulling" as in grabbing the handle of a freight train door and pulling oneself in as it is moving, as hobos did.

"By the side door pulling" Should be: "By the side door pullman" " they'd assist old Jimmy Ronald and me" Should read: "with Cisco, Jimmy Longey and me" I suspect you copied these lyrics directly from a thread at mudcat cafe. Next time you post lyrics, how about listening to the song first. Cheers
