The hill is steeper than you all think and looks like on video. Yeah, I could have done better, but no change of clothes. It was in low range and it's on 27's. I have a Polaris 800 now and love it, but I would still have the Zuki if I hadn't wrecked it. Stop talking shit about stuff you don't know about. Not only are the limiters screwing it up (get rid of them!) but it doesn't look like he's even in low range! No way the tires should just stop turning and the bike sit there in low. No wonder even a mediocre Polaris looks good in comparison.

a) The override button times out after one minute.Then you'd have to release it and push it again

b) you have to keep that button pushed with the left thumb while running the throttle with the right thumb while working your way through a difficult spot. Why have one more task when you don't have to?

c) The override button doesn't allow full power, it just raises the threshold of the limiter. The limiter is still there.

Man up. Cut the one wire. You'll never miss the limiters. :)

@choatelodge i don't have to 'man up' and cut a goddamn thing! i ride a 4wd foreman 500. no limiters anywhere. my outlaws would've climbed right out of that...with very little fuss...no diff lock, no belt, just grab 1st gear and lock it in 4x4. i don't fuck with belts, and i have no problems with only 1 front tire spinning because of the torque sensitive front diff.

Like I said, it was in the differential lock mode. In differential lock mode the bike is rev. limited . In regular 4x4 mode there is no limiter. The sputtering is the bike running out of power limited by the rev. limiter. He did fine, just should of left it in 4x4 mode without the diff lock. 2 wheel drive may have been good to.

He was in 4x4 and the differential lock was on. I wasn't there and don't know him, but I do know the bike. The bike was running out of power and sputtering. The sputtering you hear is the rev limiter Suzuki has for reverse and the differential lock. Hold the overide. button in next time and you won't have an issue getting out of there.

Only reason I changed is because I wrecked the KQ and totalled it out (acting stupid), so thanks for all the comments, it has been enjoyable.....
