I haven't listened to this album in years.I used to cry so much while listening to this album back in the day. Listening to it today, I didn't cry because nothing really gets an emotional response out of my anymore, but holy shit, I cried a little on the inside. Even after all this time this album is still amazing just as music and it's emotionally powerful. Holy fuck.

All REAL musicians are sensitive beings yet people look up to them and if those feelings dont extend to the people who listen to them then they failed as a band. @kathleensmurdock I love these guys too. I'm 55 . Go back and listen to Genesis with Peter Gabriel or Steely Dan or Supertramp. Take the best of the three mix it up and you get Modest Mouse. Been looking for a band like this for years. Makes me want to get high. Think I will.
