It is not true!! Japanese emperor Hirohito opposed to get into war from the very beginning!! It was the japanese army that didn't obey the emperor and they forced their way!!!!!
His fater, Emperor Hirohito of Japan ordered the Japanese Imperial forces to attack Hong Kong in Dec 1941. 2000 brave Canadian soldiers fought against the Japanese invaders in Hong Kong. Most of these Canadian soldiers were either killed or taken as POW by the Japanese . Only a few of them survived after the war and return to Canada in 1945
