half true, he didn't sold them earlier because he didn't feel that the price was right, back in Henry's prime time, not many club would spend 40 mil to get a striker (fake Madrid is the exception, but they got too many strikers already). clubs would pay 20 mil, but Wenger wouldn't release Henry at that price.

when Henry's prime is going away, then Wenger need to "make his money". sad, but true.

Madrid wouldn't mind too much to spend another 50 mil to get another world class.
