Thanks for the thoughtful comment. When we wrote this in 2007, we were just taking a situation to its logical absurdity; we didn't realize how quickly things would change. And it's scary that this situation has already become codified in France!
This is certainly worth a view or tow. There are indeed a lot of layers of meaning here that can be disturbing.
An interesting spin. People doing personal fundraising in France have government cards and a variety of techniques. There is a code of ethics amongst the workers and sometimes disputes arise.Most people in the upper percentage of wealth do more of the dance around that you showed in ca couple of frames.
