I agree on most of the points you make, but this i don't. There were no marks found on Benoit's wrist, so he wasn't tied up. I do believe someone invaded the home, there is proof of that being possible. Also found in Benoit's body were two drugs that, when combined, cause the consumer to become groggy, just like he was on the phone to Chavo.

Honestly, I'm not going to say if Benoit did it or not, because I really don't know. However, I do have one question. To all the people who are saying, "if someone broke in the house, you would have found marks of struggle." Well, not necessarily. If you give someone a sedative, there most likely will not be any signs of a struggle; such as, putting something in a drink or food. Which this is an even scarier thought, because then that's assuming that they knew who it was and had invited them in.

I agree on most of the points you make, but this i don't. There were no marks found on Benoit's wrist, so he wasn't tied up. I do believe someone invaded the home, there is proof of that being possible. Also found in Benoit's body were two drugs that, when combined, cause the consumer to become groggy, just like he was on the phone to Chavo.

I)Chris, prior to the brain damage, wouldn't want you defending the murderer he became.
II)Benoit isn't in "Hell", there is no afterlife, he simply no longer exists (think pre-birth)
III)How about a tribute to Nancy? Never see that, only Chris Benoit tributes, conspiracy theories & anti-satanist propaganda.
IV)Benoit is guilty. His diary, the extent of brain damage (similar to that of an 85-year old Alzheimer's patient) and no sign of forced entry all prove that irrefutably.

So I am listening with a very open mind, I liked Benoit as a wrestler, didn't know him personally as a man so I can't say he would or wouldn't do this. I am not going to speculate if this is in his character based on what others who did know him say. I want the facts so I can draw my own informed decision.

That she was throwing up blood. Sounds as if this was actually the case. Which only makes things even more strange. Is there enough evidence to determine, beyond reasonable doubt, that Chris Benoit killed his family and them himself.
We don't know, but the police seems to think so. The evidence to me causes enough doubt as to whether he did commit the murder.
That's just my view.

I have been closly following this case. As Benoit was one of my Favorites. I have wondered about the police jumping to conclusions and stereotyping this case. Recently I have read that Benoits Neighbor saw him saturday and spoke with him. Also His Messages with Chavo on Saturday suggest he wasnt held Hostage, as I have been thinking. This would suggest he did commit these murders, can You explain your take on these reports?
