i havent watched the whole video yet cause i am a bit tired. but yes i think knowing is so much better than knowledge. i chanted 'Amitabha' for a few years and now i have a LITTLE bit of knowing which is my own perception of a truth rather than something i was told.

for me personally it is a truth of how i really beat myself up and punish myself if i ever make little mistakes. this is something i saw in myself. when you see it you automatically drop it.
