i dont understand how you use the polygonal lasso tool to delete the excess? when i select it just deletes watever is in my polygonal

Hey, when you're selecting areas of overpaint, what tool are you using? magnetic lasso, regular lasso, vector, polygonal? just curious.

To keep the layers seperate when transferring a file from Painter to Photoshop, save your Painter (RIFF) file as a Photoshop (PSD) file.
