Gracias por el tip del poligonal lazo tool.. me abre la percepcion acerca del flujo de trabajo en el caso de ilustraciones con entintado.. eso y el glow de painter.. :)
I cannot tell what some of the tools he has up there are. I see the airbrush and the blending stump, but what is the other one, the one he uses three variants of?
very informative, reiq! I'm a beginner at photoshop, but I'm using it on my deviantart page to paint a dragon that I drew. I didn't know about using the lasso tool to get rid of excess paint! I must try that!
YOU HAVE MY FAVORITE GHOST IN THE SHELL SONG. O_O (which actually took me forever to find XD)
I never really thought about using the lasso to delete the excess (usually because I avoid painting outside the lines), but I really want to try this now <3
thanks for these tutorials man! very helpful!!!

I like how you did this in Spanish and English. you didn't restrict it for people who don't know one or the other.
Thank you for that

Hey, when you're selecting areas of overpaint, what tool are you using? magnetic lasso, regular lasso, vector, polygonal? just curious.

how many different layers do you use, like in this picture?
SteevDragon67 3 years ago
the tall box on the lower right corner of the screen is his layer panel. It looks like hes using 6 or 7 layers, including the canvas.

To keep the layers seperate when transferring a file from Painter to Photoshop, save your Painter (RIFF) file as a Photoshop (PSD) file.
