  • you girls did good but make sure the bases dont lift with there back bend your legs and drive with all your leg mussels it makes the stuit way easier and less of a struggle ! :)

  • its good that the bases can work 2gether and there differnt hights like me and my base :) ! most stunt groups have same sized bases ! good job and flyer make sure you stay locked out at all times and never jump into a crattle stay locked !

    Flier:just try not to be as shaky coming up otherwise it was great! i am also a flier!Also try to hold your stunts for a longer time.... at least 7 seconds.

  • 1.don't bend your knees 2. Stay tight (squeeze your abs,butt,and everything!). 3 don't look down. 4.let the backspot call (hitch,down,etc.). 5. Do the cheer counts:) that's all:) great job:)

  • first, a liberty is not a basic cheerleading stunt and the "liberty" that you did is not a liberty.... a proper liberty goes all the way to a full extension. And the flyer needs to work on picking up her butt when she loads in because it will make it much much easier to get up and LOCK YOUR KNEES! It will make a world a difference.

  • This is just advice! Always look at your flyer. There was like one time you werent. When she loads in she shouldn't have her legs like boards they should be bent ready to push off there shoulders. Your should really count it out so she doesn't have to tell you. If you ever competed you would get so many point deducted.

  • bases are too different in height. back spot needs to guide up the whole way. lib should be quick and steady, not shaky. bases need to have one motion up. good try though. flyer in good though- needs to point her toes on cradle.

  • if you want to improve you could dip with you legs and just shoot her up and next time try and extension...and a secret to baskets is the higher your butt is up in the hangdrill...the higher you will go up in the air :D

  • You shouldn't be doing scales or libertys if you can't balance on one foot. Try tightening your muscles especially your butt it will make you more steady.

  • ur flyer is sooo adorable, but she does need to tighten up if she wants to be stable..

  • Couple things:

    Bases need to stop arching their backs, the back needs to look at the flyer THE WHOLE TIME, and the flyer needs tighten everything (another reason why it is so unstable), and the bases need to keep eye contact. The cradle wasn't just off during that one stunt, it was off the whole time that is why eye contact and trust is needed when the back is counting.

  • a suggestion is that whenever you are about to cradle her dont bend your arms bend your legs and push up

  • just a suggestion but im a cheerleader on varsity and we start with one foot in the bounce and put the other in then the bases dip and then put you up. its a whole lot easier for them and you wont have as many issues getting up. also when the bases craddle you make sure they are looking at eachother the whole time so its on time. other then that. it was really good.(:

  • Good job but when you jump in make sure you bend your knees and put your butt up. It will make it easier for the baes. Also make sure that when you are in a sponge hold your own weight up in your arms.. it is easier to get up to a half(elevator)
