  • Great video. Thank you.

  • Just made it, thank you for the tutorial! I used more almonds in the almond/water ratio. Added little salt, vanilla extract and stevia sweetener. Can't wait to taste it cold in the morning/

  • They are really starting to put more and more unnatural things in our almond milk and ect. Your video helped me to stop looking for a better milk, and start making my own. THANKYOU for feeding us truth!

  • That the same cheese cloth as the cheese episode? These videos are great? Please make more.

  • My Nut milk is white too. Anybody wanna try?

  • @LionTipu thank you!!! I knew i wasnt the only one who thought this was hilarious. the part when she was straining it and she said you gotta twist and squeeze to get all the milk out and sometimes it goes in your eye? I mean come on.

  • This is great. Would you mind telling me what kind of bowl you're using? Need bowls...

  • LOL...she said "socking nuts"......LOL

  • Looks delicious!

  • im glad you didnt use dates! :D i hate it when i find a recipe that uses dates.!:D

  • My nuts were all floating except one... Damn it!

  • is it thicker than regular milk?

  • @omglikewoah21

Depends on how much water you add.

  • Yum c:

  • how long does the milk last for?

  • @jennytheripper 3-4 days in the fridge

  • yayyyy I'm going to make this. Great Job thanks for infooo

  • nuts can be rancid? wtf

  • Thanks for uploading this Video. i Did an Alternative of adding Raw Oats with the Almonds. tasted very Good. with no sweetener :) it's just good as it is

  • do i have to strain the milk or can i leave it as is because i make my own cereals and think it would be tasty to have so extra almond consistency with my cereal

  • The almonds that float are not bad, they just have a bit of air in them. Leave them in the water a minute or two and then squeeze them between your thumb and finger tip. You'll hear the air bubble release and they will sink like the rest of them.

  • We just bought already made almond milk - I'm glad my mom found it because I was trying to stop any dairy products due to my pimples, but I still loved pancakes! I like the taste :)

  • An important note for all: You cannot purchase truly raw (unpasteurized) almonds from grocers and health food stores. You may only purchase unpasteurized almonds direct from the farmers. The store varieties which are deceivingly labeled as "raw" are pasteurized as per FDA law passed in 2007. Pasteurized almonds cannot germinate and are essentially useless for any health benefits!!!

  • Excellent video, I use 1 for 1 ration as I like it thicker.

Also instead of a nut bag or cheese cloth you can use a 'paint strainer bag' which you can get in any paint store/dept. Really cheap.

  • 1 little floater baby got stuck in the blender :P

  • it's great for your nuts!

  • sometimes she gets nut milk in her eye

  • @DemonicSymphonic haha lol.

  • Your sweater is gorgeous.

  • you orgot to remove the skin.

  • That was a great video, my kids will be enjoying this thanks to you!

  • yum , my fave !

  • hah she said NUT MILK XD

  • I am SO making this tomorrow :)

  • hehe, nut milk

  • @Superman516 LOL

  • I followed instructions, but when i went to drain it, there were HUGE globs of residue from the almonds, and I didn't end up getting that much milk from it. But it wasn't like, chunks of almonds, it just looked like ricotta cheese. Where did I go wrong?

  • @AlphabetSoupCircus maybe u didn't blend it enough. i don't know i'm yet to try it

  • How much almonds were used with the 1 quart of water?

  • @TheEasystreet1 1 cup of almonds to roughly 4 cups of water

  • How much almonds were used with the 1 quart of water?

  • I love an asian woman who likes brown nuts.. :)

  • was it soya lecithin at the end i couldnt hear but thats what it sounded like to me.

  • how many Nuts did he use for the 1 quart of water?

  • what kind of blender is that?

  • Great video. You're so cute!

  • Why strain? Are the solids bothersome? I'd keep them in. Isn't that the fiber part?

  • you're right. i would use "the solids" in pancakes or muffins or something.

  • I love nut milk...The nuttier, the better...These days, I think about dairy the way I think about poison...Thanks for your health oriented videos...With peope like you demonstrating how to make good, delicious raw food alternatives, it'll continue to have a positive impact on people's thinking and well being...Thanks!

  • What is the ratio of nuts to water?

  • Ok, great

Thank you. I'll have to look it up. Is that my only option for a thickening agent?

  • What was the last ingredient you added for thickness. It was hard to make it out.

    Thanx

    :o)

  • It's soy lecithin! Totally optional...

  • Good work !

  • @WholeFoodies What about Raw Almond milk made by the Silk Brand??
