For real. I personally don't like the new pokemon cause all the old characters are gone, ash is still 10, team rocket went from being defeatable and funny to totally serious and stealthy, and the pokemon are weird and eventually they start making pokemon that are almost exactly like the ones from the past except for a few minor changes. In my opinion.

@bezzela57 I honestly feel it's about time Team Rocket became a serious threat. It was always so hollow when the gang were like "Oh no! It's Team Rocket!" and I'm always left thinking "Yeah, whoop-dee-doo, have pikachu use thunderbolt and it's all over anyway"

@MalleusSolum I agree there was always that hollow feel for it. I also understand they are trying something different with the show to make it different from the other seasons. But I just find it a little too different for my tastes just cause I grew up watching the very first season and kinda got used to the idea that team rocket would always lose. You know?

Ahhh I used to remember hearing this all the time when I watched the anime as a kid, but I never realised it was the same music they used in the Gold and Silver games when you are spotted by a Rocket grunt! :)

@keyblade8 For Best Wishes, I think there should be an ep where they steal his Pikachu, then Ash and co arrive at their small hideout only to barely miss them (episode ends there)

then the next episode has them trying to find the base, and meanwhile it has Team Rocket performing tests on Pikachu. Then Ash and co fins the base (episode ends)

Then it has Ash and co breaking in with disguises and they try to find where Pikachu is being held. Then they finally rescue him. Spanned over 3-4 episodes

@keyblade8 They always cheat in the anime. I know for a fact that Ash has more than six pokemon at any given time and I'm certain that some of his pokemon know more than four moves. On top of that, "dodge it!" is not a move... unless you count Double Team or something.
