  • yuck, i eat mostly raw but not to that extream

  • Her teeth!

  • I would rather kill myself than become a raw vegan, let alone a vegan or vegetarian.

What's the point of living if you can't enjoy some fucking chicken?!

  • I'm sorry to say, but your meals are extremely unappealing.

  • That's some of the crappiest looking food I've ever seen.

  • Natasha Saint Michael (the Archangel), you are so adorable!

  • I considered going raw vegan, this has changed my mind back to eating tons of meat and doing man stuff.

  • Oh and thanks for sharing a winter meal day RawRadiantHealth! :)

  • And yes, most of the the last centuries 'founders' of raw veganism live naturally until 90-96 years. And has no significant health problems. It might not be for everyone, that's clear but those of us who choose it, find it works great for us. I love how great I feel being raw vegan. Added benefit to my yoga practice.

  • B vit's are found in nutritional yeast. And b-17 linked to very low to no cancer levels is in citrus seeds 'pips' which are really good for everyone, but our society doesn't 'like' they way they taste. But have you actually tried to eat them? Not so bad and really good for you.

  • Sciencey stuff aside, I have yet to see a genuinely healthy looking vegan/ raw food vegan.

  • methionine, lysine, cysteine, tryptophan are all either present in very low levels, absent or biologically unavailable in all plant foods. The idea that you can combine foods and absorb these is unproven and where shown is very taxing on the body. Also consider that a raw food vegan diet is completely devoid of B12 and every time you swallow nuts and seeds you are stripping your body of valuable minerals due to the high levels of phytic acid and lectins.

  • Your eyes show your liver is struggling. Your skin shows you are low on essential fats.

  • I havent heard that she went back to animal products justyn

  • i agree with raw vegan lifestyles but i dont think that going that long without eating is good for your body or mind.

  • so the only protein in her life are nuts?

  • @SAstrawberries

Leafy green vegetables, especially in the amounts she eats, have a fair amount of protein. Dont discount vegetables as a source of protein. This is how grazing animals like buffalo, cows, deer, etc get their source of protein and they have some pretty strong muscles. There are raw vegan bodybuilders out there too!

  • @Naturebound Buffalo, cows, deer have a totally different digestive system to humans. they produce amino acids that humans can only get from eating animal products.

  • @limbotoobobo

Humans can get amino acids from eating plants also. Yes we have a different digestive system than the animals I mentioned but we also have a different digestive system than carnivores. There are many documented cases of long term healthy vegans who have thrived without meat or dairy. Donald Watson, founder of the Vegan Society is a good example.

  • @Naturebound There are many amino acids available in fruit and veg, you are correct, but you need very specific amino acids in your diet which are not available from plants. Ruminants have the ability to extensively ferment fibrous plant matter due to their numerous stomachs and an intestinal system that allows them to absorb more nutrients. The broken down fibres produce a full range of amino + fatty acids which are not available to humans on the same diet.

  • @limbotoobobo Name these amino acids we need to get from animals please.

  • I can see why you went back on animal "food". Massive calorie restriction going on here :/

  • Sorry for the dumb question but what's the main source of protein?

  • can you recommend a good blender? one that doesnt et stuck as its churning ? even some frozen fruits.. and is durable and good that you like? with good top that stays on, and doesnt let everything fall out .. thank you

  • @ssips720 blendtec maybe? they have gigantic containers with big blades, so everything just falls into the blade.

  • wow your breakfast is hardcore lol..more power to ya!!! hopefully i can there with ya. that sprout sandwich looked sooo dry. i'm open to trying it though :)

  • Um, what's she's saying about going hours on end without food, that's not the best approach. If you eat every few hours, your metabolism will be much higher and regular.

  • @CrimsonOkami i totaly agree!!!

  • she's a liar!!!! she eats meat!!! (now)

  • @yoursugabumps what makes you say that?

  • Did i miss something or do you only eat 2 times a day? and the last meal being at 4 maby and its mostly veggies?

  • @satinISsexy meat isnt healthy... please do your research before you go saying shit. check out videos on youtube from users cintronbrandon and durianriders.

  • Thank you so much for sharing! I'm in the process of converting from veganism to raw veganism. Your videos help tremendously!

  • do you put any olive oil on your salad?

  • That is really good advice, thanks alot!! I just noticed that I haven't been feeling hungry ever since eating that salad from school... its been quite awhile and i feel no hunger :3

  • This diet is NOT extreme, this girl forces herself to eat THIS strict. Also she should be eating more plain meals like no dehydrated stuff and nuts as MUCH. However you can have those things once in a while, but eat a lot more than her and a lot better.

  • this diet doesn't seem adequate in calories..?

  • this diet is razy as hell

  • There is not a lot of calories there...maybe you could add some fruits around that

  • @Taqueuse Agreed!!

  • I think I can do the vegan diet but totally raw? I need my stir fried brocolli!

  • @TheBaltimoreKnight raw broccoli is delicious

  • None of that food looks tasty or appetizing. There are so many beautiful veggies and fruits that appeal to the palate and the eyes, and all of that food looks so bland and gray green.

  • @honeyhoneyny

to me actually it does look and sound tasty. habits, taste conditioning, ... plus the color on the vid are not bright due to lake of sufficient light!

  • no grains or legumes? you're on the fringe. are you active or sedentary?

  • Ew? I am mostly a raw vegan, but I am sorry your food looks... dead. But ironically it is not haha.

  • wow, this video was really interesting! I eat so differently from you! I eat meat and a pretty "typical" American diet. I like seeing what other people eat! Thanks for sharing!

  • @3TllM Good question but their bodies respond well to the proteins from grass because they have been eating nothing but grass and straw for centuries, and they naturally have higher growth hormone levels which is why they grow to be much larger than humans. Although grass is relatively low in protein animals such as cows and horses almost do nothing but eat and poop all day long giving them enough time to give them the protein that they need to maintain body mass.

  • @3TllM they may get raw proteins but not complete proteins from nuts, beans, soy but those do not have complete amino acid profiles, and also through evolution the human body has developed so that it is not intended to eat raw meat due to the cooking of meats but that wouldnt mean that meat should be dropped out of our diet all together.

  • I would definitely die of hunger eating only this on a day...

  • Whenever I eat a lowfat meal I get more depressed. Don't get me wrong I have nothing against vegan/raw lifestyle I just think you need more fat in your diet. A lot more. I hope you're feeling better now.

  • @healthfreak18 Fat is a good thing.

  • I just found this channel, and I love:)

  • I admire you so much for being able to feel satisfied after eating that day-in and day-out, regardless of how long you've been doing it for! I find it almost painful to eat a single salad or a piece of fruit in the cold weather, let alone numerous servings per day. Three bites in and I'm dying for a hot parmigiana or a muffin, ha ha ha!

  • This looks good, don't get me wrong, but for a 175lbs. active male I really don't think this could cut it.

  • @photojohne you are supposed to eat more if you are a male.

  • where do you get your protein :o

  • @snjasd:

    Nuts

    Tofu

    vegetarian chicken

    soya beans (maybe)

    ...

  • Hi, I had a quick question for you. What are your thoughts on Shilajit? :)

  • @brokenthonqsz i said watch the video thats called fat head i didnt call you a fat head, sorry i read my post and can see why you thought that lol.

  • @brokenthonqsz i said watch the video thats called fat head i didnt call you a fat head

  • what does that even mean lol

  • @brokenthonqsz the look and smell of these foods make you sick because your not supposed to live on them. just eat organic grass fed beef, cook with coconut oil, beef tallow, or olive oil. trans fat is bad but saturated fat is good.. watch the video fat head learn the truth about fat and cholesterol. fruits and vegetables are great but meat is so important...eat like a predator not like prey.

  • yuck

  • my land how is this enough food for anyone??

  • I agree with everything but the part about eating many meals is bad. It's actually quite the opposite. The more spread out your food is throughout the day (like snacks) the better for your body. :)

  • I'm a vegan who eats 99% natural foods and this chick's diet intimidates the crud outta me. Lol. I can't do raw. I need my rolled oats and quinoa!

  • I am vegan and I was wondering how hard it is to transition into a raw vegan diet, compared to going from omnivore to vegan

  • i couldnt be a vegan. man can't live on crisps alone.

  • Haha.

    She's so obviously malnutritioned.

  • Lot of armchair nutrition scientists in the comments here! Protein deficiency is a real disease called kwashiorkor. Does the blogger here appear to have swollen legs? A distended belly? Does she describe experiencing diarrhea, exhaustion, feeling completely unable to even get up to do a workout, let alone recover from one? No, she doesn't, because protein intake is simply not a problem in the first world. Protein is the LAST thing that well-off Westerners need to worry about.

  • If you aren't eating from 1pm to midnight everyday. Aren't you losing pretty much all of your muscles? How much protein and fats do you get out of your diet daily? Also what are your main protein sources?

  • You poor woman. If only you could sit down with a real doctor and hear an explanation of what this diet is doing to your health: from its severe calorie restriction to its lack of vital nutrients to the negative mood effects that come with not eating enough fat. It's no wonder you feel that you must restrict calories so drastically in order to stay slim, since most of these vegan diets cause such a high insulin response that anything you eat ends up being pushed into the fat cells.

  • my penis died, can i bury it in your butt?

  • continued- Its not a terrible diet in the sense that shes not eating processed, chemical ridden food with no nutritional value, but the bottom line is shes not getting enough variety and shes consuming too much fibre, and too much of anything is bad but especially fibre cause you'll be going to the bathroom all the time. Her colon must be very clean ill give her that

  • Theres definitely not enough calories to keep her going. If shes only doing yoga then its just enough to give her the energy but add even a mile walk onto that and youll be using muscle as a fuel source which is terrible for you. Shes not eating any nuts ( I dont know if she usually does or just not on that partciular day) meannig shes not getting any protein, which is essential for cell repair. Also as souldude81 pointed out the only colour in her diet is green= lack of other vitamins.

  • I've been vegitarian for most of my life too Raw vegan for a few years and.... I'm very healthy lol

  • It's a concern to who's being eaten.

  • I youtubed vegan, now I'm like NOPE.

I think this is kind of gross.

No offense, but you like it it's your lifestyle I'm glad I watched this though, just for the information on what win a vegan is.

    :)

  • I'm a vegan and I don't think I can handle that diet. Lol gimme a few months more and I'll give the raw food diet a try :)

  • @XxgamerdavexX Hi, i recomend you to try it!!, I was vegan and wow is awesome. But you have to know that there are 3 step, desentoxication (is not that bad if you are a vegan, is like when you quit some drug) your body get clean and you loose weight. Then comes the nutrition (you get really hungry xD) and then comes the rebuilding. Takes some time.My advice eat soaked almonds and walnuts. At least 100grs of almonds and 50 gr of walnut and lot of fruit, bananas, pears, appples etc. Greens clean!

  • @irlumir Thank you very much for the advice :) I'm going to give it a try.

  • The pulp bread looks fantastic!

  • How many calories does this give you per day?

  • @brokenthonqsz It's not your body telling you that, it's your mind. You can't go and use an excuse like your body can't stand it because then you'll never keep it up :P

  • One thing I noticed about her diet there isn't alot of color. It's mostly green and shades of green. A rule of thumb regardless of the diet your on is variety of color. You want to have alot of color in your foods. This means a variety of nutrients and vitamins. Even in winter time, it's especially important to have alot of color in your foods. Besides that, it looks healthy.

  • she is NICEE!

  • you are so disiplined!! I hope i can get to this level

  • Is my vegan GF allowed to swallow? Would that count as an animal product?

  • @EliteVegan lol, thats actually really funny but I am curious if girls can swollow

  • I'm about 80% vegan and I've always wanted to be a raw vegan. That food looks amazing! I'm definitely trying this when I move out in 2 years. :D

  • haha so heres my breakfast... blurrgh!!! sorry but I am a bacon and eggs man ;-) and no I dont eat maccas or any of that fast food shit.. check out bbq pit boys . com on youtube or search for a "mountain of ribs" in the search box ;-) yeah BB!! But good luck with your diets....!!! Hopefully you live longer than me or your wasting your time haha!

  • I don't think vegan girlfreinds would do good for me Not only will they refuse to suck my meat they will also have a problem with what I eat.

  • I'd really like to understand everything she's saying. ¡Gosh! Why we've so many walls because of our diferent languagues?

  • im a vegan and im fiendin to step my game up to raw food hear in a few months

  • I wanted to see the shower scene

  • so funny thing is after going vegan my mom keeps getting me blood tests to test calcium, iron, vitamin d, ect. and mine where higher and healthy compared to her low levels. shes also a meat eater who thinks vegan is ridiculous but i am proving her wrong!

  • @xrobotxattackxx I love when veg*ns prove anti-vegans wrong when they try to get smart lol.

  • @xrobotxattackxx well your lacking protein and carbohyrates in your diet. you can recieve protein through a veagan diet but no high quality ones (complete proteins). Humans are meant to eat meat, just look at our teeth. you can still eat the same amount of greens id just sudgest geting aprox 1/2 gram of protein in your diet per pound of bodyweight and up your carb intake

  • @suspect689 I agree that the diet she shows in this video is deficient. But I wouldn't necessarily say it is protein and carbs that she is lacking. I would say its overall CALORIES. I like to stay active and try to eat around 3000 calories a day. If I ate like this, I would not have the energy to thrive and be as active as I want to be. Instead, I go for sweet fruits like bananas and dates as a way get enough calories on a raw vegan diet. All foods are complete proteins :)

  • ha ha ha. If you believe this video, I have a nice bridge to sell you... You can put up a toll booth and make the money back in a day!!

  • green juice and green smoothie taste good?

  • Doesn't seem like that would provide enough calories for a day!

  • @RawRadiantHealth Hasn't coconuts an unhealthy fat? That's what I've always heard.

  • @hardsixteenyeah Coconut has good fat it will burn bad fat that's what I herd its healthy for you!

  • OMG! Vegetarianism/veganism is a personal choice based on what works for you, your body, and your values.

If you don't want to be vegan, don't be.

If you do want to be vegan, go ahead.

What people eat isn't of any concern to anyone but who's eating.

  • @lowfatjellydoughnut It's as much of a personal choice as killing little kids. If you don't want to be vegan, then you're pretty much still being a murderer, ruining the planet and your own health (the least could be a choice if it were the only thing). Thus, it sure must be of concern to everyone not only because the person takes away the lives of innocents but destroys the environment we ALL live in.

  • @lowfatjellydoughnut "What people eat isn't of any concern to anyone but who's eating" .... except for the animals who are slaughtered and beaten and abused for a non-vegan diet- I think it kind of does concern them....

  • @lowfatjellydoughnut Vegan/Vegetarian is a choice, but it is not a choice for the animals that suffer at the dollars of the meat-eaters who buy meat from factory farms the world over. Factory farming is a cruel process. Learn about it! Watch "From Farm to Fridge" or "Earthlings" on youtube, and I guarantee you change your stance on that. Ethics are a large reason to go Vegan, to avoid supporting all factory farms. That is my motivation. I loved meat, dairy, eggs until 6 months ago... no more.

  • @lowfatjellydoughnut Ewwwww lowfatjellydoughnuts!

  • @Rawkz101

That has nothing to do with the ancient biblical people being vegan.

Her are a few verses that prove the biblical people ate animals:

Luke 15:23 And get the fatted calf and kill it, and let us eat and celebrate

    Genesis 27:9 Go to the flock, and get me two choice kids, so that I may prepare from them savoury food for your father, such as he likes;

Deuteronomy 14:4 These are the animals you may eat: the ox, the sheep, the goat,

Plenty of other verses, but too many to post here

  • @GeorgiaRose86 1. Vegans dont contribute to global warming, unlike stupid meat eaters who love killing the earth and are obviously suicidal!

    2. Vegans are SUPER FRIGGIN HOT! They have naturally sexy pale skin, unlike meat eaters who get suntans and burn their skin like morons, aww.

    3. Vegans probably live at least 50 years longer than meat eaters, 130 years vs 60 years for meat eaters, you decide!

    4. Meaties are almost all fat asses.

Vegan Superiority Confirmed, Jealous Omnivores! teehee!

  • @VegansAreSuperior

You are a complete fool and the reason no one take vegans seriously

    1. You vegans have absolutely no room to talk about killing the earth, soy like many other crops are from monocropping farms that destroy the earth.

    2. That's your opinion, every vegan I've seen looks like hell froze over.

3.Wheres your proof for that? I'm guessing you don't have any.

    4. I've lost 150 pound on a healthy omnivore diet.

Go educate yourself and stop repeating whatever you read on peta websites

  • @GeorgiaRose86 PROVEN FACT: Vegan males produce more testosterone and according to studies have larger penises than nasty omnivores. This effectively means that Vegan men are real men and that meat eater men are just girly little wimps! Aww poor fat, horrible-in-bed carnivores! TEE HEE!

  • @VegansAreSuperior I don't understand how eating meat has anything to do with getting sunburns. Did I miss something?

  • @VegansAreSuperior I'm sorry but that's just rubbish.

    1. Yes, we do. Since meat factories take a big part in creating pollution on Earth it might be said that by not eating meat and using animal products we do less harm but as long as you enjoy "western civilisation" there always will be something bad in our behaviour.

  • @VegansAreSuperior 2. Hmm, are they? Some people are, some people are not. If you eat vegan it doesn't mean you get slim, nice looking and healthy. If you eat vegan smartly you may go this way but still, there are fat vegans, face it.

  • @Rawkz101 You have read interpreted that out of context. Beg God for forgiveness, or you will roast forever in the lake of Fire.

  • Attention All Vegetarians And Vegans!! I am starting a skype chatroom kind of thing. We only have 4 people right now but we want more. Send me a skype request at adam.layish and tell me you are for the chatroom!

  • Hi, do you have twitter?

  • i give you credit for doing eating vegan, i couldnt do it, i love chocolate to much.

  • @DollysVlog If you couldn't do it it does not mean you are weak or unable to do it, it just means veganism is not your priority in life. I set a goal. I became mostly raw vegan, I eat some foods that are not vegan few times a week - seafood, sometimes chocolate (I still have to work to completely eliminate them). I am almost there... It takes time, experience... When you start feeling happy, alive, positive, just wonderful! you realize junk was not worth it, and teach your body not to like it.

  • that was disgusting :( get some steak!

  • that food was awfull get a life

  • Wow she is so healthy-looking though. She could be an idol for 85% of americans which are fat. Oh and that's not my percentage add up so it may not be right. I'm an omnivore, but I also have taste buds. Langoliers eat everything. Also 1 last thing, there are people that like fat people...like there are men that like fat women.

  • I'm going on a Carnivorous Plant Diet.

  • and the dark circles under your eyes tell me you have nutrient deficiencies

  • Its not about the amount of food you consume - its about how much food your able to absorb. I could eat 3000 calories of cooked food everyday, but because all the emzymes are destroyed in teh cooking process I'm only able to absorb half of it. if you eat raw living food, most of the emzymes are still there and it will help your body absort and USE the nutrients the way they were supposed to be.

  • a sprout sandwich.......

  • it may be healthy but can this type of thing really be enjoyable? ive been vegan 6 years and get asked that question all the time, but what i eat looks a lot nicer than what you do. i do really think its a great thing through and i understand where your coming from

  • Do you go to friends house for dinner? Do you go out for dinner? Do people find your diet irritating or self-absorbed?

  • I don't think this is a very healthy diet. As a vegan myself, I want to know where the protein is coming from, not to mention iron and calcium as well? Beans are a good raw source of protein, as well as unprocessed soy, seitan, or tempeh. I don't see any of this in her diet. :/

  • I I was raised to eat the best what you have, so I got Back on chicken Heavy on chicken to a point, but working on going back vegetarian and wondering (after telling myself for Years I couldn't d it) If I actualy Can transition from vegetarian to Vegan.

with the inability to eat soy and no desire to eat substitutes of things I take out of my diet. Would Love to try the raw diet.

How do you go from the transition from vegetarianism to going vegan?

  • @chiave1983 just buy vegan substitutes and ween yourself off, thats the way i did it, vegan cheese and almond milk,

  • Would like to see more videos of what you eat in a day. Thank you for sharing.

  • She poops great!

  • @WahWeeWooWah This is actually true and is one of the most important processes in human body. Every fourth person I see has belly. That means they don't "poop great" which is AWFUL!!!! :)

  • @Coml3teBliss Poopin is the best time of the day

  • @Coml3teBliss this is not necessarily true, I have a movement 3 to 4 times daily without extra fiber assistance. Furhtermore I still am overweight.... I commend you for making your comment though.

  • @Enigmatheswede I am glad yours come out from where it supposed to. If this does not happen then body begins to store waste anywhere in different forms... Cancer and tumors, for example, are simply its own body's a waste. And chemicals are not solution to cancer (gov't makes money of people's ignorance and sorrow by using chemicals), natural cleansing is a solution. Our bodies are more intelligent than we think and will do its job if we allow them to do so.

  • She is a very beautiful women full of energy and radiance. Thank you for your great nutritional guidance. We don't need to eat nearly as much as we think we do. Think of the starving part of the world, that lives off a few bowls of rice every day. How about the wild animals? They eat what they can kill, or what grows naturally. Love to you all. Namaste.

  • ewww breakfast look ugly.

  • you must have alot of time in your life to prepare this food

  • @bicepsca - Yup. She's "white" (automatically privileged in most societies), wealthy (how else can she afford all the expensive, organic, and difficult-to-source ingredients), and self-absorbed (this last one comes from being both white and wealthy, and is the result of being physically and psychologically cut-off from the reality of life as most folks know it) Proper 'diet' is about balance. Excessive fat and sugar might cause physical obesity, but this diet causes a kind of spiritual obesity.

  • @TheColonelsKitchen

spiritual obesity?? she seems pretty happy to me... and wants other people to be happy and healthy too...

  • Good for you. I wish I could eat that good.

  • Comment removed

  • @kranca1000 "If meat and dairy are so necessary for our health and livelihoods- why does the U.S have so the highest rate of obesity &health problems?" Let me put this argument in standard form.

Premise: The US has the highest rate of diet-related issues.

Conclusion: Meat and dairy are not necessary for our health.

Excuse me? Is that the argument you're making? Is the argument that meat and dairy are necessary being made by anyone?

You knocked down a strawman with a terrible argument, well done.

  • @kranca1000

it's not the industry, its millions of scientists, nutritionists, and doctors who have actually studied the subject, earned P.H.D.'s, and continue to save lives in the process of their occupation who tells us these foods are essential. completely overshadows a bunch of privileged left wing kids being told 1 or 2 unverified facts and then living by them with a cutthroat attitude.

  • @kranca1000

likewise, the point you made is miniscule and, sorry, kinda poorly thought out. everything comes w/ problems. you can point out how water's the leading attribute of many biological complications. in addition, why not point out the millions, in not billions, of humans who have died in other countries who strictly ate, by definition, a raw vegan diet?

  • @ragglefraggle09

many doctors, /Ph.D's/, and scientists are paid by multinational fast food corporations to do their research. science isn't really science when money talks as loud as it does.

people who die in other countries who don't seem to benefit from the vegan raw food diet are, like, malnourished because they're too poor to afford seeds.

  • @illyrialad

what are your sources? i know various physicians, cardiologists, and a nutritionist who are literally overworking all the time to find new breakthroughs for saving lives. alot of their funding comes from grants from the government, and not from multinational fast food corporations, but a good amount of the time it comes from investors and drug companies, a completely separate division who can care less about the fast food industry.

  • @illyrialad

also to the last thing.. guess that just boasts the whole "privileged" aspect, and the thing is they have seeds, but guess to survive on only a raw vegan diet is also unnatural in a way then

  • @illyrialad thats a lie, animal rights groups are the ones telling people to eat a unheathy vegan diet. watch the documentary called fat head. fast food corporations sell what people want if they wanted vegan food they sell it. the fda and the america heart association have been spreading lie about fat and cholesterol. and now how many people are using statin drugs.

  • @kranca1000

lastly, cherry-picking stats to attribute our problems to meat & dairy is wrong. i can ref low meat consumption/high level of AIDS in other countries & high meat consumption/low level of AIDS in the US. a coincidence, yet i don't have the bombast to make a manipulative conclusion.

don't try to weasel out of the food debate by using your hate of corporations. believe me, i also hate trusts & laissez-faire, but to advocate raw foodism as a way to combat them is naive and nonsensical

  • @ragglefraggle09

having a vegan diet is a very affective way to take a swing at big business. if they want and need your money to survive, and you don't give it to them, then you take away your financial support of their abuse/exploitation/manipulation of whatever.

i really don't understand why people are so obsessed with being right. how about we search for truth and listen to other people's opinions in search of the truth instead of focusing on being right?

  • @illyrialad

how about hunting? that's just as natural as agriculture. big businesses love the new trend of organic and vegan food, and there have been many attempts now to monopolize all the farms growing that stuff; meat isn't the only way to make money, it's supply and demand (always been), and if the people want vegan they will be given it in the same "abusive" manner by these businesses. you have to stop your confirmation bias and see the big picture bro.

  • @kranca1000 I agree. I'm a meat-eater, trying to cut back, simply because I believe that it's the reason I feel like crap all the time. People don't seem to understand that what they get from meat can be obtained elsewhere. Nor do they really take the time to realize that the reason meat tastes good is because of the stuff that is put on it, which can be added to something else.

  • @kranca1000 "People, understand that the dairy and meat industry have paid millions to convince us that we NEED their products"

The breakfast-cereal industry doesn't do that? The breakfast-cereal industry doesn't spend more than the meat industry on advertising? Really? Source?

    .

"the people who are quick to make judgements about vegans 'starving themselves" or "not getting enough vitamins" are the ones who are quick to stand in line at McDonalds."

And? McD's isn't healthy food? Source?

  • @hitssquad .. Umm... I'm pretty sure kranca1000 didn't say ANYTHING about the breakfast-cereal industry.. And if you seriously think McDonald's is anywhere close to healthy, you really have no idea how nasty their "food" really is. That stuff doesn't even decompose!!

  • @kranca1000 get off your high horse.

  • @kranca1000 You are so well spoken. We need more vegans like you who can effectively communicate the pro-vegan message, because you must know that there are vegans who turn people right off of a plant-based diet through constant bitching and nonsense information.

Thank you for having a brain ;)

  • Thank you for the good support.

  • I didn't know that being vegeterian means eating ONLY algae and celery...

  • @irrationalxv There's a vegetarian and then there's vegan. Vegetarians don't eat meat but if they want to they can still include milk and eggs in their diet. A vegan is a strict vegetarian that avoids eating or using any type of animal by product

  • @iluvanimexanimals yes, ok. but eating only this stuff shown in the video means that someone is a fish, not a vegan, there are so many things to eat than algae and celery :P

  • @iluvanimexanimals I still don't understand why she is eating ONLY ALGAE AND CELERY... they're not the only plants to eat. This thing is sick in every way you look at it. And then you look around and see anorexic girls and wonder what they where thinking...
