I grow up near the beach in Perth Australia. This helped my asthma a lot and healed cuts and bruises quickly.
I live in a bigger city in Aus now not near the beach. I recently went back to Perth for a holiday and swam twice a day on return home after 2 weeks i coughed up enormous infected lumps that had been in my throat and tonsils for ages, quite amazing.
We are thinking of moving near the beach as it helps my sons ezxcema also.
