OMG its too bright hey my screen has scratches i bought it used so. i used to work in a paintworkshop they have polish and the machines to use it they also have wax. can i use it for my screen? please answer.
@MrSebs95 If the wax is fine enough and the grains on the machine too, it could work. It's worth the risk if it's a used ipod but you should try it by hand first.
@corght yea i think its kinda brave to use a machine on a screen that actually are made for paint in the cars so i think i will do it by hand.. if the scratches dont dissapear ill give it a try..
I would suggest using some sort of automobile wax after using that polish. I'm no expert or anything but it would seem that using a metal polish would remove any sort of sealer that might be protecting the aluminum if there was any there in the first place.
@superhockeyking1011 yes people this is how you remove scratches from any metal surface, all ipods, forget these other stupid videos on youtube. this is how you do it. You can find this at any autoparts store, you can get buffing compound but metal polish will give best results.

@Trustco51 Yeah good idea, some wax should offer extra protection of the metal surface.
