This worked perfectly. I love Tacos and usually end up cheating because the corn in the taco shells are so high sugar and causes cravings. Now I can have tacos guilt free. THANK YOU!
What accent do you have? I can't figure it out! You profile says US but... there's something else in the accent I can't put my finger on... Nice recipe by the way YUMMYYYY
You make it look so easy. I've tried this so many times with different cheeses. My shells never form or hold up. I need to keep working at it and adjusting the time...i guess.
Update: it took me 4 or 5 attempts to get it right.
I started at 55 mins in the microwave and didn't really know what it should look like or how melted it should be.
Finally, after 1 min 30 secs in the microwave it formed up nicely!
Yummm!
Here's a tip for everyone... When you fill the taco, put something cool on the bottom (lettuce or tomato) and not the hot beef! I learned from my mistake : )
The hot beef melted a hole in the bottom of my Cheese taco shell.
Looking forward to trying these. I've seen cheese baked but this is much quicker. I wonder if the cheese could be placed over a microwaveable ramekin to make a cup shape. Thank you for sharing. :)
LOVE your videos!!! Thanks so much! The info you give is VERY helpful! I wanted to "like" you on FB, but I would be #666 and that was too creepy...so I'm waiting...LOL.
Makes for a tasty snack without any filling too! I just ran across this video and had some provolone slices in the fridge and jumped up immediately try to it out! Yummy!!!

@Gigirover2012 You may have been using wax paper then, parchment paper works best for this recipe.

Hi
I just tried to make the taco shells the same way you did with provolone cheese.
Mine barely stands up and kind of collapses into itself......?
Do you let the cheese cool down before forming or.... Why won't mine stand up?
Thanks
