Use FL as your master DAW and Reason as a slave.

Just open FL, insert 'ReWired', choose reason, open reason - thats all there is to it.

it's a (synchronized) saw layered with a wave sound (standard wave sound)

add a filter, turn some knobs until you get the right sound you'd like it to be. you could also use an EQ if the filter stuff is hard or doesnt get you the right sound.

i boosted the high frequencies for this synth and lowered the lower freqs. add some reverb (and perhaps some delay if you like that)

i also automized the synth, but that is just a detail i think.
