they were right to cut this scene. It's totally awesome (like every scene of SFU) but it's supposing that everything's happening doesn't exist, is dreamt, is an illusion and so it's futile. Alan Ball didn't want to give this idea of a futile story, that's why the scene has been cut.
Hee. Oh man, Nate was SUCH an asshole to Claire in that first episode. I mean, it's understandable because he was freaking out, too, but he was really just totally childish and selfish. Love it. One of the few shows on TV that let their characters be assholes sometimes and have real flaws.
I have actually thought of this world as hell way before I ever tried drugs. The writers of this show have the best grasp on the real world and say what no one else wants to or can.
My second favorite show next to Dexter ...Dexter is the shit
