  • This is good for someone who's fairly fit to begin with, like the girl here... but I have clients at the gym who have huge beer bellies, or tons of fat in their mid-section, so for them this is almost impossible to do...

  • Instead of dumbells i put my hands under some heavy furniture like a table or couch. It worked for me!!!!!

  • I'm able to slip my hands under my bedroom dresser and I used that until I got some dumbells.

  • i actually think that those dumbells are a good idea. i also am wondering if you have any felxibilty at all to do this workout method.....thats where i could run into a problem being able to get my legs over my head or my knees to like to my face....not flexible but still want to try. GOOD VID. DIETHEALTH! =]

  • She is my healthy body goal-(and even though I know it's non of my buisness!) I just wish we knew how much she weighs and her height to get a better idea of what I should be aspireing to.

  • I am 5'5'' just got measured yesterday and my weight fluctuates a lot from M-F between 130-135 lbs. People have said that I look smaller than I weigh, and I am still unsure if that's suppose to be a complement. I eat healthy but I love sweets. I love muffins and cookies. If I didn't eat this stuff, I'd probably weigh less, but I realistically can't cut them out for the rest of my life so I choose moderation. I'm happy with my size and eating habits. Thanks for the complement above! :)

  • I keeping checking the comments on this video to answer questions you guys have, and the ad in the top right is grossing me out. I apologize to anyone that may have the same stretch marks but maybe you should buy that cream and I totally deserve it if you want to yell at me for writing this. I've never had a baby so now I'm probably going to get the worst stretch marks ever for writing this. Ugh. Its better than the McDonald's ad yesterday I guess...

  • Does everybody have all those different kind of dumbells and such? Caus in my case I only have one dumbell for one arm at the time:S with all different kinds of weights.. I find them to be expensive too

  • if you have 1 dumbell ( like me ) try to make the most of it and put it right above your head

    if its heavy enough, grab the edges with both hands and then do the workout

    focus more on your abs than your arm pulling on the dumbell

    I don't have the weights but i held onto the legs of my big heavy chair and it worked fine.

  • It feels really good on your back actually when your legs are lifted and extended beyond you (while you are in that tuck position). Honestly, my abs were sore the next day so don't over do it - they also felt way stronger the day after that!

  • This exercise can be devastating for your back if you do not do it slowly and with good posture.

  • I do a yoga mve similiar to that where I bring my toes to the floor behind my head and when I bring my feet back to the mat my back does hurt a bit.
