  • Nice video, btw those are press are not her real nails.

  • Can you use turpentine or linseed oil to blend oil pastels?

  • um , just ...no

  • Yeah, I definitely prefer the blended look.

Check out my time lapse oil pastel on my channel!

  • The Fingernails help alot to draw and to paint, by my experience .

Thanks for sharing your beautiful art.

    Zizi

  • Is she using a pentel oil pastel ?

  • your masterpiece is not quite beautiful. maybe your creativity is not that strong.

  • @kokokrunch003 i agree its extremely simple and 3 year old like but she is not trying to show us her latest master piece she is just trying to teach us basic technique

  • wow those must be soft because I can't do the with my oil pastels. I have apply allot of pressure with my fingers to blend

  • ok, I would've liked to seen the video itself, but after pressing F5 to try and skip the ads more than 10x, I give up..

  • what kind of flower is that?! lol it looks withered :p

  • can you please tell me what is the best paper to draw on with oil pastels...somebody told me water colour paper but i find it very difficult to mix colours on this paper...

  • @esmeralda954

The paper I'm currently using in my college art class is Canson "mi tents" Paper. you can get it at any art supply store. hope this helps you. Be blessed.

  • The subtitles are obscuring the film. I can't see what she's doing.

  • @mtiebi2008 Just turn them off then.

  • Her nails are fine, you people need to grow the hell up.

  • ХЕРЬ ППЦ(((

  • LOL I drew a Pokeball using oil pastels and an eraser. But it looked good though.

  • fantastic, you were very helpful, I have to prepare a drawing for school with oil pastels and your lesson meant a lot for me

  • I told you i'd make you a flower. heres your flower... bitches!

  • i want to smudge a larger area of pastel... i dont want to have all those white spaces in the color. what can i use to smudge so that it will look more even? if i use a q-tip it will take me forever :-P

  • @AlinaAsmaa i just use an eraser :\ i'm new at it so i'm not sure if its the best tool to use but i've blended entire backgrounds with just a pencil eraser.

  • IF YOU USE A Q TIP to blend, get the cheapest kind so that the cotton fibers won't separate while you are blending!! Also, the white does help so much.

  • disgusting nails

  • Give her a break.

    She's anti-toilet paper....

  • omg I wouldnt waste my time with q-tips, I would be blending forever! In my class we use mineral spirits that make it blend a lot better with the control of a paintbrush. I strongly recommend using the mineral spirit instead of a clumsy qtip or nub

  • thanks now i will do that all the time

  • what kinds of chalk pastels are the best?

  • my pastels r hard to blend! but this is way cool,

  • Are they oil pastels? : O

  • Make sure they are oil pastels. Chalk pastels are different. Also, some brands are better than others. Don't mix brands either, that almost never works.
