It´s very positive that all ATC and pilots from other countries improve their English to make aviation safer.
Anyway, ATC and pilots from the States often forget that the most important thing in a communication is to be understood. The language should be simple, stressing the most important part of the phrase and using a correct speed. I´ve heard a lot of American people saying many words together without breathing. And don´t forget that for us the American accent on the radio sounds crazy too.
all pilots and cotrollers must or rather have to obey,respect,follow and acomplish the books,the icao radio telephone manual or faa air traffic contoller 7110.64 even in emergency situation.The general english must be speak in ground.jose alberto.
