I strongly recommend Koh Chang. i went there 2 years ago in february and the island was great! nice weather, nice beachs, and nice trips around the island..
every day i had lunch and dinner in the same same restaurant in white sand beach.. was very simple but was the best food that i ate in thai.. so cheap cheap and so good!!
