I love Nando's food, but do not go there purely because I'm really not feeling the "queue twice" approach. I took my family & some friends to the one in Lakeside (Essex, England), queued for 35 minutes to be given a table...OK, it's busy, I'll suffer it.

Sat and waited for table service (as you do in a restaraunt) for 15 mins and when I asked why if I could place my order,was then told order was not taken at the table - had to queue for a further 10 mins to order meals for 9 People!
