@christopherborne The circumstances were perfect because it was late in the night so there wasn't much activity in the house or on the main road behind it to interfere with the sound. Also my recording arsenal has improved dramatically since my previous 2 attempts to record a storm. Why record any storm you're probably wondering now? Well, I'm an audio engineer. I'll record anything! You never know when you might want to use it in a song at some point...
