Starting Strength and Stronglifts 5x5 aren't bad, and it'd be hard for you dumbasses to screw them up. You could try something like Convict Conditioning if you're more fans of Calisthenics.

@datzfast I started at 253. I'm 138 now. (So I've lost 113 lbs, another 10 since that last post.) I'm 5'9", because I know that's the next question you have. I'm incredibly lean, fit and fab. The weight keeps coming off, I'm not even trying anymore. And no, I don't have cancer.
@datzfast i was curious because the paleo diet for me not only causes weight loss but seems to reverse ageing. so had you been old i would have asked if you were getting younger.
