I just watched this movie. Oh, it was so good :') and I'm not one for big love stories, but this was just lovely. Chiyaki, you and Makado better meet again! Go back in time with one of those walnut things and be with her! It was such a sad ending, yet beter then I exspected. It's so good XD

Other nice anime films are '5 cm per second' or 'Voices of a distant star', but they are very nostalgic.

Similar series are: Bokura Ga Ito, Kare Kano or Lovely Complex (its very funny). I also recomend watching Fruits Basket.

Its now my fave movie :)

And this movie isnt shaded in that much because this was made ages ago in japan, now anime in japan is really different from this and is more modern. Nowdays anime has lots of detail in to.

Even though its an old anime, its still WELL worth seeing and buying :D

I seriously love this movie. It can be enjoyed by both boys and girls, even though this is a romance movie. But it's really interesting with the whole time-traveling thing :D

and I just love the ChiakixMakoto moment at the end ^_^ It's quiet obvious they love each other at the end, BUT they didn't kiss. I'm glad they didn't. It would of made it a total typical ending.

THIS, it's a sort of "you make up your own ending" ending thing :D

Well you could download this program (free) called uTorrent. Just search it up on a search engine, and then after that search for 'The Girl who leapt through time torrent.' Once you find one with a lot of seeds/peers (helps you download it faster, and more people = more reliable), download that and start it up on uTorrent. After you finish downloading, the movie will be on your computer and you can just burn it onto a dvd ;)
