personally..... I like to not wrap with those and just use them to tie up people, then punch them in the stomache. HA! Noooooo, I don't. I actually just do a couple wraps around the head and footboard on the bed. Nooooo, I don't do that either. I've never taken a boxing class or wrapped my wrists and hands. I'm a student of karate only

very nice job on that, used to be in boxing as-well and i never put the wrap between the fingers either... it was uncomfortable and left my fingers sore. i wrapped them exactly like you and never had a problem :)

I have similar wraps for my own bag work and they may be decent but ive found that the older they get they tend to not hold as well as they used to and slip without a tighter wrap. Have you run into this problem at all?

@PTKilowatt No I haven't- but I have two sets of wraps I use. I'm sure you need to buy them ever few months if you use them THAT often

Neat! Would you recommend this for sword fighting? Not actual blades, but bokken and quarterstaffs to save hands & knuckles some sting?

@anthrocrane i wouldnt recomend it as it limits the movements of your wrists, the wraps are so your hand fits better in the glove , protect your knuckles and most importantly, protect your wrists from the impacts so you dont break or twist them.
