Instead of debate religion, what about debating Dawkins? A great point brought up by another video on the subject suggests that in early development, since the embryo must be a "fully functioning system" at all times, looking at the positioning of the heart in development might explain the stretch and movement of important structures such as the vagas and laryngeal nerves. Last time I checked, most nerves don't naturally separate and re-connect at will to allow for organ movement. Just saying.

Some mutations are benefical to the species, so that mutation lives on and grows stronger. Think of rockskippers. @benhurfanclub Ummm, there really isn't a "missing link". The fossil records are pretty damn full of all the links in the human chain. And also, it's a mistake to think that we evolved from apes. We share a common ancestor with apes, from about 4 million years ago I think. Rockskippers can leave the water for 20 minutes at a time and breath through their skin, showing how fish can evolve into land creatures. There is even fish that "walk" on land with their flippers.
@benhurfanclub It's mount improbable, evolution. One side you have a cliff, and it would be darn hard to jump up 200 feet verticle, the other side is a gentle slope that you can walk up. The gentle slope is evolution, jumping 200 feet from the bottom of the cliff is about as probable as intelligent design.
@benhurfanclub What if you got TB. You could have the first drug developed by doctors, before antibiotics. Or you could have the drugs used to treat the mutiple drug resistant strain it has since evolved into. Evolution is easy to see happening on the micro level because these lifeforms live and die very fast, so generations go past in months, not decades or centuries. The only reason why Jesus didn't allow the adulterer being stoned is because the people were trying to trick Jesus into condoning the punishment, which was against the laws at the time. @majorl311 Love thy neighbour as thyself is explained in Leviticus 19:17-18. It tells you to love your neighbour by warning them that his or her sin is taking them to hell - "rebuke" them. Leviticus 20 gives us the punishment for sin, which includes stoning for homosexuality and adultery, stoning for a child who curses his mother and father etc etc is spread all throughout the bible. This horrific nature exists in the old and new testament.

What I find interesting is that the laryngeal nerve wraps around one of the main arteries of the heart AND the vagus nerve. That vagus nerve is what causes a drop in BP when some people say, see blood, for instance. It also plays a major role in cardiorespiratory functions.
Comparing a mammal's cardiorespiratory system with that of a fish and using that to "prove" that God doesn't exists is like comparing apples to oranges and saying that because they're not both orange then God can't exist

Some people seemingly need evidence shoved in their face and so this was his chance to show off a big piece of evidence in his favor. Instead of debate religion, what about debating Dawkins? A great point brought up by another video on the subject suggests that in early development, since the embryo must be a "fully functioning system" at all times, looking at the positioning of the heart in development might explain the stretch and movement of important structures such as the vagas and laryngeal nerves. Last time I checked, most nerves don't naturally separate and re-connect at will to allow for organ movement. Just saying.

Some mutations are benefical to the species, so that mutation lives on and grows stronger. Think of rockskippers. @benhurfanclub Ummm, there really isn't a "missing link". The fossil records are pretty damn full of all the links in the human chain. And also, it's a mistake to think that we evolved from apes. We share a common ancestor with apes, from about 4 million years ago I think. Rockskippers can leave the water for 20 minutes at a time and breath through their skin, showing how fish can evolve into land creatures. There is even fish that "walk" on land with their flippers.

@majorl311 Love thy neighbour as thyself is explained in Leviticus 19:17-18. It tells you to love your neighbour by warning them that his or her sin is taking them to hell - "rebuke" them. Leviticus 20 gives us the punishment for sin, which includes stoning for homosexuality and adultery, stoning for a child who curses his mother and father etc etc is spread all throughout the bible. Some of those reptiles evolved into birds, some of those reptiles evolved into early mammals, some of those reptiles were killed off with the rest of the dinos, some of those reptiles are still here. The ones that became mammals eventually became primates, and then they became US.

What I find interesting is that the laryngeal nerve wraps around one of the main arteries of the heart AND the vagus nerve. That vagus nerve is what causes a drop in BP when some people say, see blood, for instance. It also plays a major role in cardiorespiratory functions.
Comparing a mammal's cardiorespiratory system with that of a fish and using that to "prove" that God doesn't exists is like comparing apples to oranges and saying that because they're not both orange then God can't exist

@RizzRustbolt according to his book 'The Greatest Show on Earth' the Giraffe had died unexpectedly, it wasn't killed for dissection. Some people seemingly need evidence shoved in their face and so this was his chance to show off a big piece of evidence in his favor. Although I doubt that the people he is revealing the evidence for by dissecting the giraffe are even going to consider the evidence so I will give that it is a bit futile, but there you have it.

They make the drawings to look like what they want them to look". So yes if the opportunity comes along, it is important to do dissections and educate the general public why this is evidence. I would be skeptical too if we only have drawings as evidence. But we don't. We have actual biological proof.
