I'll agree on Japanese Ladd being a hair superior, but overall I'd give Baccano to the dub. They got a pretty good crew on this one, so the voices don't grate; more importantly, the accents that come in in the dub make the show for me.

That and, on the whole, I find dubs easier to watch; I get a sort of tunnel-vision when I read, which means to watch a sub and really get a feel for what happens, I need to watch everything twice. Dubs have no such problem.
