Singers= Shamshad + Shyam; actors= Gopi + Nigar Sultana (K. Asif's wife, the bad character in Mugha-Azam). Didn't c Yaqub in d video. It is a wonderful satire on how our compatriots were "hurled" into the 2nd WW and sent 2 d then Burma; it inspeired many more videos but none of them reaches its excellenece; Javed Akhtar's comment on Priyanyka Negi's performance is worth our commendation n pondering over!

She would stand on number 3or 4 after Noor Jehan and Lata...........Suriya. Her contributions are remarkable and are joy to listen. This is one of the great duets of Shamshad Begum. C.Ramchandra´s composition is excellent. And so much so the quality of this recorded song is awesome. I have enjoyed it extremely.(11th Jan 2011)
