It's a puzzle game: your character and two others go inside a different dimension, while you assign one to stay with Haruhi. You go around a checkerboard trying to find hidden objects. By tapping a square, you can check if it has an object. Different members of the Brigade do different things (Mikuru finds the object, Nagato clears up space, Koizumi destroys it).

Other than that it's visual novel, and what your (Kyon's) choices affect the actual gameplay and what moves you can use.

They'd either have to ship and mail it to you, which would cost money, or if it's in stores, then I think they'd have to pay the shop people to sell it, as well as the shipping. All and all, you need enough buyers in order to go international. Sadly, North America probably wouldn't have enough buyers, and thus they'd lose profit. However, if it's something you can buy as computer software, rather than on a disk, then that's a different story.
