  • any ideas on why 3 of my jets wont turn off on my hot tub?

  • the water is not filtering out into the pool. I hear the pump on but no water is coming out. I tried releasing the air and taking the air out of the tubes what to do next?

  • Regarding ftlty's question about the pool being occupied when the pump is on, I understand how this may lessen the life span of the pump, but does it actually pose a danger to the occupants of the pool? I have a model 604 pump.

  • what does 88 mean on filter pump?

  • @duhonn20 That means it is in startup mode. You will need to just hold the down key (left side) til it beeps, then hold the up key (right) til it beeps, then you will get 00. Then press the up arrow for the hours you want.

  • Yoo what if yu dont have those long tubes i only have one D;

  • I just bought the pool and after assembly and pump hook up the pump does not turn on . A filter was purchased and installed as well. Should the pump automatically turn on once plugged on?

  • @ernestdavis yes you can, just call inter customer service and tell them what your issue is, then they will send you a replacement

  • When I turn my pump off, water comes gushing out of the top...the air release valve doesn't screw down to anything...all I have is the top, the valve and ring. Can I order a functional replacement top that would allow me to turn off the pump?

  • @ernestdavis If the problem persists you can reach Intex Customer Service @ 800-234-6839.

  • Thank you, problem solved from the video :)

  • @Kozzasgirl you are more than welcome. Glad to hear that our videos help, we'll keep making them.

  • Hi i have the same pool pump and mine always leaks water out of the top any ideas wat i mite b doing wrong

  • @sexychicana45 you might be missing the rubber seal on top of the pump.

  • @coolinflatablesinc Why in an inground pool you can swim while the pump is running and in an above ground you cannot ,unless you have an GFCI pump ? I know it is the risk to electrocute ,but in an inground pool it is not ? You can explain me this ? I appreciate ..

  • @ftlty The reasoning is due to the filter pumps being gravity fed, when people are in the pool playing around the sloshing of the water back and forth makes the pump over-exert itself becoming stressed. By filtering when people are not in the pool you alleviate any extra effort, ultimately creating a longer life-span for your filter pump. Hope this helps, if you need anything else - Don't hesitate to ask.
