I think Reggie Bush might still squat/deadlift but I have noticed more NFL players (Not Reggie Bush)getting away from the meat and potatoes of weight training (Power cleans,squats,deadlifts,presses) and doing more plyo drills and speed work. Those types of players seem to get injured alot. Heavy weight training in High School and College is what helped get them to the NFL.

i love this guy. not the best football player but he brings his A game every game. reminds me of deon sanders because he can play anything. reggie can do WR, RB, return the ball, and his blocking has gotten better. and not to mention his gf's look good too haha.

I mean idk about stats because I really couldn't care less since reggies not my fav player but his core control is insane!!! If you're a true football player younger or older you know how much of a diference that makes for overall body control, in that cardinals game when he spinned off of the ground and still shook a defender, it was his core strength and control, if anything alot of backs should try to be like that

It's ridiculous when they say "reggie bush and the saints", when in fact the saints are still the saints they are without reggie, cant say that about the titans without chris johnson. He is in the third season? He looks prety much the complete package to me, runs like Mr W Payton and that is an extremely good thing! He looks like he has good hands too, would love to see him playing as a rugby union openside or outside centre. He would punch more than a few holes. Great player who will get better.

If Bush truly wants to be an effective running back in the NFL, he needs to get bigger, especially in the quadricep area. He's ripped to shreds, but needs to get bigger. He looks like a skinny wide reciever in his pads. Not much more bigger, but bigger none the less. I agree with LastCalltoBoogie, "if he stayed low and drive he'd gain more yards after contact."

Reggie just needs to drive his feet on contact and he would be the complete running back, for some reason he does not drive his feet upon making contact and focuses more on giving a blow to the defender, which doesn't always look so fluent for him.
