you're right, texting is a lazy way out. I thought texting was like almost a vital function up until I met my boyfriend that I'm with (2 n half years now) and we've been communicating through the phone since day one. He is not a text person nor an online person and he made me a believer that for a true communication to exist and progress, it needs to be one of a traditional nature, phone rather than text or aim.
