@Appollyion if there is ANY kind of martial arts programs around you get into one, yes some are better than others if you can find a krav magaw dojo that would be awesome, or aikido. It will teach you wen to hold that fire in check and when it's time to unleash it full blast.
@immortalmetal1 You will never be content in life once you made it you always want to go to a higher and higher and then you'll start working and searching all your life for that next level but to add joy or happiness to your life you need to realize that life is bigger then your work,career and whats in front of you. So sometimes see beyond what you always wanted and then sometimes what you always wanted will catch up

@immortalmetal1 i think when you are a kid sometimes you don't grasp things, you don't think too deeply about shitty circumstances, i was the only Mexican-American kid in my entire (elementary) school in the mid-90s i had to fight almost everyone Black, Puerto Ricans, Dominicans, whites just to survive. i guess when you're at the bottom the only place to go is the top. funny thing is in high school most people thought i was Filipino :)
