  • 2 PEPS FLIPED OVA

  • this ranks among my top five crazy finishes to nascar sprint cup/ nwide/ truck/ arca races.

  • kyle busch sucks as an announcer too

  • Who was all involved in the big crash with 2 laps 2 go :(

  • arca slogan is "Brakes... brakes are for pussies"

  • I was watching this race, they wouldn't show the replay in fear that someone was hurt, I remember yelling at the tv going "OH MY GOD SLOW THE F*** DOWN GUYS!!" They never did show the replay until the Speed news that night...turns out it pretty much ended Billy Venterini's driving career.

  • I still can't believe this was 7 years ago...

  • 1:02 ''Twenty cars'' lol

  • 2005 Arca 200. How no one died is beyond on me.

  • @Altamonteric DAN shaver died 2 years later lol

  • @AntonyBlalock how?

  • @AntonyBlalock Because that's so funny. Smarten up kid.

  • @AntonyBlalock Haha you're f*cking retarded and you sound like a chipmunk.

    LOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOL

  • one of two wrecks that i know of where multiple cars ended up upside down in the same wreck

  • biggest arca wreck i've ever seen

  • HIT THE FUCKING BRAKES!!!

  • @JCpatriots They don't know how to.

  • wait... roush racing pontiac? xD

  • Is that Kevin Harvick in the booth?

  • @FanDale88 no its Kyle Busch

  • @MrSnowrocks Oh well it sounded like Kevin at first thought but thanks

  • @FanDale88 np, it had me confused at first too. I couldn't think of who it was who was talking, but i knew it sounder familiar

  • I remember watching that live... i still cant think of a bigger crash than that.

  • LOL SWEET DOUBLE FLIP!!!

  • Average

    Rookies

    Crashing

    A lot

  • Almost hate it when announcers praise a driver for second place. From a drivers perspective, you'd rather be praised for a win!!

  • I cannot believe this. I have never laughed so hard.

  • I gotta say that this is the worst big one/crash in NASCAR history.

  • @dunnlapradd its not NASCAR though, but you don't see two cars upside down in one big one in NASCAR lol.

  • @dawrestlaZZ Goody Dash Series, Daytona 1998

  • 1:45 rouch racing pontiac?

  • I have seen bigger crashes

  • 30 cars was probably involved worst night race ever in 05 who all was caught up did the 7 car get in the big one :(

  • do they think those break pads are just for decoration?

  • they might as well not put a brake pedal in arca cars, they arent used

  • How long did Pontiac stay in ARCA? I know they left NASCAR in 2003.

  • @JeffGordon24Dupont Not sure when ARCA saw its last Pontiac, it's mostly old kit in ARCA so could have been more recent. There was still a Pontiac in the NASCAR Candian Tire Series in 2009 (can't remember if it was still being used in 2010 though).

  • @D600Active Yes Pontiac was used in 2010, (and 2011 IIRC, Not 100% sure however)

  • can be the hughest crash ever in arca

  • who all got involved in that wreck :(

  • This is what annoys me about ARCA: their braking system/strategy=NONE

  • Ralph Sheheen is such an idiot

  • can anyone post this race?

  • Dan Shaver flipping... He was lucky he never died in this wreck... it's a shame he died two years later after battling cancer. RIP Dan.

  • I also remember watching this race. The broadcast ended almost immediately after where AE1974's video ends. Then the Shootout feed started. I never knew that ARCA thought there were multiple fatalities in the wreck and that's why there were no replays. I always thought they were just pressed for time and had to switch to NASCAR asap. Haven't seen this in five years! Thanks for posting!

  • @nashvilleraidersfan

who died in the wreck?! I remember watching the race.

  • @bakinginheat9201 No one died. SPEED ended the coverage immediately after the crash and didn't show any replays because they THOUGHT someone had died.

  • @nashvilleraidersfan

yeah thats what i thought. thanks for the clarification.

  • @nashvilleraidersfan According to records, this race was shortened by a curfew. The race had to end by 7 PM in order to prepare for the pre-race show then the Shootout at 8 PM, so they were on an early exit.

  • 0:50 NIIIIICE

  • wow that coverage was a complete joke they dont even show one replay

  • @leafsrule1990 They didn't show a replay because multiple cars went flipping and another car (which had been sitting motionless on the track for about 10 seconds) got hit head-on at 188mph.

They were sure there were multiple fatalities in the wreck. The guy who got hit head one broke his back in several different places.

They did show a replay at the end of the year when that driver (Billy Venturini) returned to racing. Do a search you'll find it.

    Tard.

  • @leafsrule1990 you never get a replay of a crash until it is confirmed that no serious injuries were suffered. Sometimes there is an exception if no serious injury looks likely, and a replay slips out - like in Dale Earnhardt's deadly crash. But if there is suspected injuries, they wait until A) confirmation of no injury or B) confirmation that the driver is going to live before you'll ever see a replay. This is out of respect to the families of the drivers who may be watching the race.

  • If I'm correct this was the "Next yellow ends the race" debacle because the Shootout start was being pushed so far back because of all the crashes.

  • @Nxtl68 I watched this race and the shootout. The Shootout started at it's scheduled time. The ARCA race was shorten due to a lengthly Red flag due to the Clair Zimmerman crash. They only completed around 65 or the scheduled 80 laps.

  • Is that Denny Hamlin in the commentary booth?!

  • @barneynward Kyle Busch

  • @PTpredsfan wasnt it billy venturini? because on another clip from this race it lists the commentaters and it says his name

  • @Dalejr88rox Well at this point it's Ralph Shaheen, Dan Pardus, and Kyle Busch

  • @Dalejr88rox Billy Ventunini was severely injured in this wreck (several breaks in his back), the other clip you a referring to is the only replay of the inicident which has been shown.

It was shown almost 12 months after this wreck and Billy Venturini was talking about his experience while they were showing it. Hence, he was credited (for some weird reason) as commentating in that clip :)

    Hope this helps.

  • @Zadan oh ok. i had heard different things about each person

  • how many cars were involved actually?

  • atleast 12 or 13

  • honestly, it DOES look like 30

  • lol it might be idk

  • @kingofrunescapepking 20, it says at 1:02

  • Comment removed

  • @themikester223 No they were saying that the #20 (the yellow car in the screen) was involved

  • @kingofrunescapepking ohhh lol
