No-one knows exactly who Narmer was, if he was the same person as Scorpion and Menes or if they were all different. Where is your evidence any of them came from Nubia? There's no evidence that the Nile culture was the 1st culture, new discoveries in archaeology are being made all the time. It was Diodorus Siculus who started the story they came from Egypt but there is no historical evidence to support this theory. They likely learned their knowledge of astronomy from the Babylonians.

As for Egyptian colonies where is the evidence that Egypt founded other civilisations by colonisation? Confusingly the Bible says Abraham was from Ur of the Chaldees although there was no city called Ur and Chaldees is a mistranslation of Kasdim. Earlier writers commonly used the word Chaldee when they meant Babylonian. Where is the documentation that there was an exodus of Akhenaten’s followers? I’m not aware of any.

The evidence is on the tombs and the inscriptions left on the temples. Pharoah Horemheb exiled Akhenaten's cult or religious sect and this is the Exodus the Bible is referring to. There was no Israel back then, the only mention of it is on the Stela of Pharoah Merneptah who speaks of destroying them. He came after Horemheb which further proves that Akhenaten's followers were building themselves into a nation. Israel wasn't mention before all this not even during Akhenaten.

Akhenaten’s cult was certainly broken up but there’s no evidence that any people were expelled. I’ve already read Herodotus at Uni. Did you know he is called the Father of Lies because of all the fakery in his books? He is known to have made many errors and repeated untrue stories about all the countries and cultures he visited. Therefore he must be treated carefully and not believed wholesale. Many other writers have simply copied from Massey or H without checking their facts. There is also the older Lebombo Bone and the Wolf Bone from Checkoslovakia which is 30,000 years old.

We know this translation is correct because of the other places where these words are used. He thinks they were remnants of Sesostris’ army because they had circumcision as did Egyptians and Ethiopians, although there is no other evidence that Sesostris ever campaigned this far away from Egypt.

There is NO evidence that Min came from Nubia. There were cultures in Egypt long before such as Badari, Amratian and Gerzian in the north and Naquada in the south. The climate was moderate with grassland and trees not swampland.

No-one knows exactly who Narmer was, if he was the same person as Scorpion and Menes or if they were all different. Where is your evidence any of them came from Nubia? He doesn’t describe the Colchians like this and in his works he distinguishes the Egyptians from the Ethiopians. Arrian and Strabo both say the Indians of southern Egypt are dark similar to the Ethiopians although the Indians hair is straight but the Indians in the north are lighter skinned like the Egyptians. Herodotus also says the Ethiopians have the woolliest hair of all the races.

Examples of Herodotus’ lies are he says the semen of the Indians is black as is the Ethiopians and he recounts a story that Cheops prostituted his daughters to pay for the building of the Great Pyramid. That doesn’t mean there may not have been some black presence there at some point though. The Ishango Bone is thought to be a counting stick similar to others which have been found. A carved stone found in France dating to 30,000 years ago may show the phases of the moon. The only Black History most people hate is the counterfeit one. Truth is important.

@stajantho Mr. Veith has done really good work on evolution and he should of limited himself to that portion. But he has launched into other areas that have gone overboard. There is much conspiracy to his lectures, and I think his material does tend to generate a judgmental "I know more than you do" mentality. People need to stop following Veith, Batchelor, Boostra, etc and focus upon the Master Christ, doing their own Bible study and being engaged in acts of service to their fellow man.

@stajantho The thing with Christians is, well, it is a rather common belief among them that those who die as anything but Christians will go straight to Hell. Based on this, it is not hard to see that they think all other religions are inherently bad, even though most of them can admit that the other religions have some good morals to them.

You mention sleep deprivation techniques and other similar mind washing techniques were used on York. What makes you so sure that was the first time he underwent such "programming"?
