You need to drive through the teleport sign with a speed above 30mp/h or 50km/h. Then it works

if you downloaded the game in the internet you'll not be able to run it better than this... the 'downloadable' version have a lot of bugs and no fixes

but if you buy the game (just U$33), it will work perfectly and smooth... you can also play online

and yes your computer can run it fine

put the graphics in "low" and a small resolution, apply the options, restart the game and see if it gets better

if not, go to C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Test Drive Unlimited

and delete file radial.cdb (the game creates this file automaticaly when you start TDU)

if you did all of that and you still can't play, try to reinstall the game or closing some programs before opening the game

also download the Official Patch 1.66A from Atari website,it fixes a lot of glitches

Maybe with more ram (1024) and a good graphic card. Then you could run it smoothly with high graphics. And yes you can drive some Ferrari and some bikes.

Yeah I think its only possible to do it on the xbox 360 and pc versions becuase I tried it with a ford mustang not that one a regular one and I went up the exact same area and I didn't see that tele port thing. I dont know though It might still be possible to get onto the island via teleport but not that kind of teleport the regular one that transfers you to a different road.

for that ford car that people want, go to the ford delership search through the cars untill you find that one then click on it like you want to buy it, and it will tell you how to un lock it at the bottom of the screen, do the same thing to all of the other cars that are locked, the ones that are locked are the ones with no price.
