This is one strange movie, watched it recently on amc or tmc during halloween. Scary to its core. Entertaining as hell and makes you realize nothing is new under the sun. The MK and the Hitchcockian camera angles with the numbers and symbols was something I noticed right away. It's in your face in the same way that Harry Potter has it in your face, however. Phoenix symbolism, a goat, the children with skull and bones and "there is no spoon" mental powers. This symbolism is there to demonize it.
