@Likeadope It's not really hard to learn to do this.

It's just very time consuming.. it would be nice if AE had a way of syncing words to a voice in order to reduce the time taken, then you'd only have to apply effects.

I used Adobe After Effects. I wish I could say it just "did it for me." In all it probably took about 40 hours for me to learn enough about the program to do this minute and a half clip.
