@OpieCavalera2 i have no clue about how or if the friendship with killjoy ended. however, christ inversion are still making music and phil has put one of the songs on the housecore records compilation. so i doubt he'd continue to play in the band and even promote it, if he thought it was bad. i think he fully stood behind necrophagia, my guess is that he either meant viking crown or eibon... because they never managed to make more than one song, so obviously something was wrong ;)

What, Dude, Anthrax have been around long before Phil even came to Pantera. I'm a die hard Pnatera/Down fan, but give Anthrax their props. They've been around for nearly thirty years. They are one of the Big Four. Anthrax, Metallica, Megadeth, and Slayer.

@carot5 necrophagia was one of the first death metal bands and still is one of the best. phil joined it in the 90s. necrophagist is a shitty "technical" death metal band that sounds the same over and over again. just my opinion.

Shattered, Clash, sleep, psycho, and parts here and there in songs are kinda gay. when I listen to VDOP I feel like some of the parts are lame, the whole tough guy bs. If you're the type of person who likes music to beat the shit out of people to then "We" all know "Far Beyond Driven" is the best Pantera album. VDOP and CFH are badass and the guitarwork is amazing but Far Beyond... is fucking brutal and so is The Great Southern Trendkill. By the way, it's "By Demons Be Driven" not "demons by driven" and it's one of the albums best songs besides "Rise" and "Fucking Hostile."
