I just recreated this look with my own shades (MAc crushed metal pigments from a Summer collection by mac) and LOVE it !!!!

I also realizes that I always went a little crazy in my crease :) keeping the shadows on the lid and only alittle in the crease makes it look a lot prettier I think ! Thank you love the look and may be wearing it for Christmas ! :D

a quick tip for anyone who wants to use gel/cream eyeliner on the waterline but your eyes are too sensitive or just does not like having a brush that close (mine water like crazy) than get an eyeliner pencil (i use a rubbish cheap one) dip it into your gel/cream and apply like a normal eyeliner pencil, you get the intense colour you want and you find a use for the rubbish eyeliner you cant actually believe you wasted your money on LOL :D
