Yes I have done these, I made them with PVC pipes.

There are picture of them at home-built equipment on my website.

How did you make the speedbag platform?

I made it very easy for me.

Took two particle board that I had in the garage, made four holes for mounting the swivel and then attached it to the wall and ceiling with angle iron.

If you click onto my website and change the language, then go into the home built and look for the speed bag platform.

Then you can see some pictures of how I did.
