Yep, the piece you are referring to is 'La Campanella' by Lizst which is much, much more difficult than its rearranged version here. Crazy octaves~~

that piece is crazy,my fingers feel so hurt after playing it
but i think the left hand is more difficult in this arrangement

He slaps his hands down on the keys. Must feel like salami. His hand waving is a creative way to show that the song makes his hands tired. Nice arrangement, and my favourite piano player.
