Talking to people from all over the country, I have found most feel Iowa is a poor launching place for elections because we lack diversity. Iowans who participate in the caucuses educate themselves more about all the candidates than any other state, we get to shake hands and look him or her in the eye and know from experience who would be the best person to lead our country, not just to lead Iowa. I'm so proud I was a part of this campaign from it's infancy.

I'm usually for smaller government, I just believe that the country will have a better future if we increase government spending RIGHT NOW because we are as close to another depression as we ever have since the 30's and Hoover's unwillingness to spend any money back then is what led us to the decline.
