U haven't read your own holy books. Muhammad received the Quranic revelations from the angel Gabriel. Muhammad recited the revelations because he was not able to write them down, AND he insisted his followers also recite the revelations. A few scholars wrote down some of the revelations, but most were only in memory. Abu Bakr was the 1st Caliph to mention compiling the revelations into a book. Uthman the 3rd caliph completed the task 20 years later. I study Islam.

I love to study ancient cultures. Religions are a huge part of a people's culture. So I have studied all major religions. I have focused more on Islam since 9/11 because I wanted to understand why the USA was attacked.

'Q' is a redundant letter in the Roman writing system - so are 'c' [k|s] and 'x' [ks]. It is replaced directly with the letter 'k' and as 'Quran' is only a Romanisation of letters from a different writing system of a word that is foreign to the Roman writing system, any of the spellings are valid.
Also, people who don't have English as a first language can't be expected to get it right all of the time.

The policy he is lying about - today - has to do with the way anyone who is not muslim is treated under sharia law. FYI: The first books of the Bible were written in Hebrew, However, the the books of the New Testament - the stuff with Jesus - was written in Greek. In addition, I did read some of the quran. Did not find anything to make me doubt the Divinity of the Christ.

The only new concept in the Quran, that wasn't around before Muhammad is that Muhammad is a prophet. The stories in the Quran are all poorly retold stories from the other religions of the time -Judaism, Christianity and Paganism.

It's foundation is based on a man, hanging out in a cave having 'revelations', yet he never actually wrote anything himself, admitted that 'Allah' never revealed anything to him personally, admitted that it was an angel that would apear as a man, the first noted complete quran wasn't written till 19 years after Muhammad's death. It says that Muhammad never wrote a single word. The complete quran as we know it was compiled into a book 20 years after Muhammad's death by the 3rd Caliph, Uthman.
Uthman put the book together with fragments of revelations found on stones and bones and leaves and from the memories of the remaining few Qurari. He then destroyed any variation from his own

And it was the final book of Allah and he said that, that specific holy book will never be changed no matter what so stop calling God a lier and maybe understand the Qur'an instead of reading it many are the same as you who just read without understanding and being misunderstood.

I find it disgusting that I know more about your religion than you do. Muhammad only recited the Quran. He was illiterate. Other followers memorized his revelations and wrote down what they could on rocks, sticks, and leaves. Abu Bakr recognized that the revelations will be lost unless they are written down.
20 years later Uthman compiled the first quran. read the hadith!!

@6thMessenger None of this is mentioned in the Qur'an our prophet was the first one to memorise the holy book. What you are saying is all wrong also there is only 1 holy book you mentioned that you are questioning the legitimacy of Islam using the very holy books of Islam.

U haven't read your own holy books. Muhammad received the Quranic revelations from the angel Gabriel. Muhammad recited the revelations because he was not able to write them down, AND he insisted his followers also recite the revelations. A few scholars wrote down some of the revelations, but most were only in memory. Abu Bakr was the 1st Caliph to mention compiling the revelations into a book. Uthman the 3rd caliph completed the task 20 years later. I study Islam.

It is a rumor based on birth rate and time frame.The islamic world has some of the highest birthrates in the world for the last 50 years, therefore, it is assumed that Islam is growing exponetially based strictly on birthrate.
The truth is the Muslims are leaving Islam at a record rate because as they are gaining education and realizing that Islam is not the truth they had been told that it was.

I love to study ancient cultures. Religions are a huge part of a people's culture. So I have studied all major religions. I have focused more on Islam since 9/11 because I wanted to understand why the USA was attacked.
It is my opinion that Muslims take the Quran too literally. They are so wrapped up in the words in the book they miss the spirit of the message. I see that in all religions, but Islamic culture promotes submission to the words, and I can't accept that 4 myself

idk if u guys know but there r 2 types of islam
1) Extremist muslims: takeing the religion to the max, where they try to convert people to islam by force and dislike anyone other than muslims.
also for the people that talk rudely about islam thr r some christian extremists to so dont get carried away.
