  • After these! they all dance the YMCA!

  • thing of your body and legs as the handle of a whip and your arm being the whip... whats gonna hurt more a little whip or big whip

  • the guy in the red is mad dumb throwing is not all in the shoulders you get all your power from ur legs and or core and that is what makes the throwing strength your arm goes for the ride as the person under me said

  • your right but a big part of it is just arm speed.. point A and point B.

  • U have a good start to understanding pitching but not there yet. Guy in red hat doesnt have a clue. U build up momentum by moving sideways, into a long stride(100% of body height, late hand brake) into landing, with a braced up front leg. The arm is along 4 the ride. Head got to stay over the belly button.

  • pitcher best dun make a perfect T if u do that difficult to field that is why look at cliff lee who always make a perfect T but maddux a good fielder has a T but not perfect is good

  • This ain't very hard to understand; I mean if you followed tips without bothering about why, you are being pretty stupid as you risked your health, your success and more just for ther matter of a tip.

What he explained is purely what I am killing myself to do out here on the net: the way to gain goals doesn't matters, just make you sure you do these key moves correctly.

It's a rare video that explains and shows why and how something is done. They were speaking with simple expressions, nice job

  • hell naw that added 8 mph instantly great video

  • This is really a great video. I wish I was taught all of this stuff when I was younger. I'm trying to get back into pitching now for my team and I know I wouldn't be able to if I didn't see this video. Now I have a chance haha.

    Keep up the good work.

  • This is a great instructional clinic on mechanics.

  • this is some really good stuff... i wish my college coaches things like triple extension and generating momentum
