i tink that you should install sp3. well there are alot of security updates in sp3 so it should give your computer more protection.

question about Tweak UI. i changed my logon settings (like the cursor,wallpaper,screensaver,e­tc.) that you see on the logon screen, but im tired of it and dont knows how to get it back to the regular default settings.can you tell me how to fix it? thanks.

try system restore.

start >All Programs >Accessories >System Tools >System Restore

and roll back to the date before you changed your settings.

I cannot download anything because the install box wont pop up, and i cannot allow or do not allow pop ups, any help would be great man TY

Did you reset or undo what you did? Sounds like you did your own registry tweaks and your registry is messed up. You might even have to do a system restore.

i have no way of undoing it in TweakUI, and i have system restored and that didnt do the trick either, im thinkin that ima have to get a new harddrive or sumthin,pls wright back ty.

Hello, You seem like you know quit a bit about windows. I just reformatted and put xp home edition on my laptop. I tried downloading powertools for xp because I heard that would help me out, but it didn't any clue how to get the hibernation tab?

You should enable Hibernation and see if that works for you.

good vid man :) I don't use windows at all anymore though...after I found out that they copyrighted multiple desktops then sued Linux for it I don't respect Microsoft at all. I do though however recommend you videos to my friends with Windows. They are all pretty much hooked on your vids :) keep making them!

Linux had it years before Microsoft, hell, hacks had it on Windows before Microsoft officially had it.

So they couldn't copyright it, they could however copyright the Windows implementation of it.

they did copy right it though :( Look it up. They sued fedora and many other linux distros. Linux had to reprogram the multiple desktop feature so they could use it again. If you go to google and type in windows tweak you can find a webpage on microsofts website where you can download the multiple desktop feature for windows. its very unstable though.
