My husband and I have had 4 surgeries in 4 years and have been completely satisfied with the Gold Coverage offered by Delta and United Healthcare. The out of pocket was minimal compared to the ability to ALWAYS be able to choose our physicians and hospitals. My husband is a surgeon and chooses Delta's plan over his over office plan, because it is so much better and cost effective.
How wonderful for you. OF COURSE the out of pocket cost is "minimal" for your family. Unfortunately, not all of us are married to Doctors, with the associated income therein. The rest of us low-lifes need a contract. Have a good day.
