There are actually three hulls that fell apart when being towed out of Portsmouth harbour during a clean up mid 20th century.

Thanks for your interest in this site. There are two hulls, probably belonging to old schooner barges. No identification has been made of either. It's likely that they were simply sunk here - off the harbour - when they were no longer economical to operate...
